Some items are stocked in Lower Mainland or on Savary Island but most items are brought in on an order basis. 

If you are able to pick up from our Lower Mainland or Savary Island location shipping will be refunded. Or contact us before your purchase and we can give you a free shipping code for your item.

How does this benefit you

1. No surprise customs, brokerage or exchange rate fees. ( we hear a lot from people saying they can get an item cheaper online from a US based store which may be true by a couple of dollars, but when the item arrives it usually carries a large surprise bill depending on the shipping provider. Another misconception is the exchange rate the you plug into google will be what you get when you purchase, this is 99% of the time never the case and usually comes at a premium unless you have US banking )
